Chef Concha Leads our Kitchen in the Creation of Danbury Gourmet Catering and Danbury Weddings.
Before joining us, Chef Concha was with the Waterbury Club in Waterbury, CT.
Chef Concha is a passionate culinarian. His energy and professional leadership combined with his excellent culinary talent is inspiring, and supports the quality product our guests have come to expect.
Chef Concha is a graduate of the Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.
He began his career as a Sous Chef - eventually working his way up to Executive Chef at Connecticut restaurants such as Diorio’s Restaurant in Waterbury and Hot Tomatoes Restaurant locations.
Chef Concha has received numerous accolades including Channel 8’s Great Chefs of Connecticut. Chef Concha has also been featured on Ed Hitzel’s radio show Table For One.
